Tickets Trenton Pork Roll Festival

Our Food Vendors

The 2018 Trenton Pork Roll Festival at Trenton Social will introduce you to a whole new pork roll culinary experience! Everyone loves the classic Pork Roll, Egg & Cheese (PRE&C) – and we’ll have those, of course – but the Trenton Pork Roll Festival at Trenton Social is all about surprising your taste buds and blowing your mind with a smörgåsbord of unique pork roll creations. Every one of our vendors will be serving up a special pork roll dish they’ve conjured up just for the occasion.

We’re adding more … so check back!

Johnny’s Pork Roll and Coffee Truck
There’s only ONE food truck dedicated entirely to the meaty worship of Trenton’s unique delicacy, pork roll, and we have it! Back for his second appearance at the Trenton Pork Roll Festival at Trenton Social – in pork roll motherland – is none other than Johnny’s Pork-Roll and Coffee Truck. This guy is the guru of all things pork roll, and he’s bringing his new truck that’s bigger and meatier.

Killarney’s Publick House
Killarney’s Publick House is back again to grill up their version of the Trenton Burger … with PORK ROLL! They’ve been a part of this festival for several years now, delivering crowd-pleasing dishes that are unique and delicious. Come out to see what they have up their green sleeves this year!

The Pork Roll Store
Pork roll so good, it has a cult following? Oh yeah. The Battisti Family has been in the meat business since 1920. Their store, The Pork Roll Store in Allentown, NJ, crafts small-batch, country-made pork roll right there on site – and it’s so good, it won NJ.com’s blind taste test in 2016, pitted against the biggest brands in the biz. Look for their truck ONLY at the Trenton Pork Roll Festival at Trenton Social, and bring home some of their amazing pork roll for an after-festival snack.

Chef Charlie Yeh of Sumo Sushi Pennington
Charlie is the area’s most talented and beloved sushi chef, and he’ll once again combine sushi rolls and pork roll to make the ultimate fusion dish for our festival … The Porky Roll! You have to taste this one to believe it.
